The Knolls are adjacent to the southwest border of Breckinridge Park. View Map.	Elected Board of Directors. Jona Thomas Greg Allen Erik Wyse Dan James Steve Chandler The Knolls Board consists of exactly three officers who are elected by the membership. The officers are defined as President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer. If an officer position becomes vacant by resignation or death, the remaining officers may appoint another member of the association to one of the officer positions. In addition to the three officers, the Board may appoint up to four additional members to the Board to serve the community. Currently, Steve Chandler and Dan James are members of the Board in this way.
